Does anyone ever go over to Lauren Conrad's website? I do, frequently. I love all her posts and find so many helpful or definitely something to keep in your back pocket!! She has also introduced me to so many things too (the Tone It Up girls)
Anyway, so today when i popped over their to see todays new posts i found this post all about drinking more water!! Hello i just posted this yesterday talk about amazing timing!
